- Tear-off, re-decking, and full roof replacement on residential properties
- Synthetic underlayment, flashing, ridge vent, and full-system installs
- Storm response work — hail, wind, and tornado damage properties
- Work with an experienced crew leader on every job
- Reliable transportation to the jobsite and your own basic hand tools
- Competitive pay based on experience · steady storm-season work
Storm Damage Sales Reps
Full-time · Kansas City & St. Louis areas
- Knock doors and inspect properties after hail, wind, and tornado events
- Walk roofs with homeowners and explain storm damage in plain terms
- Identify damage, document it with photos, and support the claim process
- Meet with property owners at their home — no office floor to sit on
- Work directly with ECI's supplement division for clean paperwork
- Discuss compensation and expectations with our hiring team
- No roofing experience required; we train you from the ground up
